The Fifth grade Science classes designed, engineered and constructed paper roller coasters. The kids learned cooperation, problem solving, oral speaking and of course science skills throughout this lesson.
Today we played subtraction bowling during our Acorns to Oaks time in Mrs. Pratt's 1st grade. We would love to have more community members join us on Wednesdays from 2:15-2:45!

USD 239 Parents as Teachers is offering free hearing screenings this month for all children living in the district ages 6 months to 5 years. Call and schedule now! Ear health is vital to optimal language development during the first 5 years of life.
Parents as Teachers will host Connect & Play time tomorrow 10-11am (blue building behind MJSHS). All families living in USD 239 with children ages birth to kindergarten entry are welcome to attend. This month we are learning about turkeys and exploring music and movement.
