Kindergarten enjoyed their first of many trips to Rolling Hills Zoo on Friday! They met their Zoo Friends, educators Miss Teagan, Miss Kal, and Miss Lynne. They took a tram ride through the zoo and saw many animals! Kindergarten is looking forward to the year! They will become "Animal Experts!" Through zoo education, daily instruction in class, and work with 5th grade buddies, students will learn about animals around the world. They will focus on animal class, habitat, diet, names, and location. With this knowledge, Kindergarten students will share their animals facts and create artwork to sell. All proceeds go back to the zoo for the animal adoption program.

Monday Aug 14th is the 1st day of Fall sports practices. HS Vball 3pm, JH Vball 3:30pm, JH/HS XC-3pm, JH Fball 3:00pm, HS Fball 6:00pm. Practices normally last 1.5-2 hours. Starting Tuesday, all practices will be directly after school, except HS Fball (6pm)
Outdoor sports are subject to change with the weather/heat index. Students participating in fall sports must have a physical turned into the office prior to their first practice.
