The USD 239 North Ottawa County Public Schools Board of Education is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Jill Graff as Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Minneapolis Junior-Senior High School for the 2026–2027 school year.

Mrs. Graff brings a diverse background in education and leadership to her new position. A native of Marysville, Kansas, she has a deep appreciation for the strengths and unique needs of small school communities. Her professional experience includes teaching secondary-level mathematics and English, as well as coaching volleyball, cheerleading, track, and softball in schools across Georgia, Texas, and Kansas.

Currently, Mrs. Graff serves as the Math Instructional Lead at Salina South Middle School in Salina, Kansas. During her time in USD 305, she has also contributed in leadership roles as Assistant Principal for the High School Summer School Program and as an After-School Coordinator. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous improvement through active involvement in several leadership and support teams, including the Building Leadership Team, Visible Learning Team, and the Student Social Emotional Support Committee.

“We are excited to welcome Mrs. Graff to Minneapolis Junior-Senior High School,” said Dr. Curtis Stevens, USD 239 Superintendent. “Her diverse experience, dedication to student success, and proven leadership will be a tremendous asset to our students, staff, and community.”

Mrs. Graff will assume her new role at the beginning of the 2026–2027 academic year.
