On Monday, August 27, 17 students in Mrs. Clark's public speaking class visited the grade school to participate in a panel discussion with Ms. Hauck, Ms. Worlock, and Ms. Mortimer's second grade classes.
The second grade students are learning how to cooperate with each other when completing projects together. The high school speech class answered questions such as, "Do you like working in groups?" and "What does it take to be a friend?"
This is the first year that Public Speaking is offered at Minneapolis High School for dual credit from Cloud County Community College.
