Behind the Scenes of Guys and Dolls

Crew members get started on the set

The crew for “Guys and Dolls” has begun designing and constructing the set for the actors’ first performance on November 13th.  Co-managers Sarah Sharp and Gabby Blochlinger have began organizing the other crew members.

Blochlinger and Sharp say, “Everyone is working so hard.  It’s great, it’s fun, and we love it.”

The lights manager is Preston Williamson.  The sound manager is Zach Allison.  Backstage managers are Connor Flegler, Danny Sharplaz, Craig Forte, and Josh Mullen.  

Painters incude Morgan Halderson, Tyrel Owens, Kendall Perry, Emily Rankin, Mary Heikes, Logan Wedel, Spencer Roy, Caleb Kindall, Kyle Egger, Kaitlin Cassel, Christian Orzano, Centonous Buckwald, Michaela Diercks, and Brent Roy.

Construction workers are Craig Forte, Kyler Moody, Cody Hamm, Ty Hamm, Cody Rarig, Josh Mullen, and Zac Rathbun.

Make-up artists are Meghan Heikes, Dieja Martin, Macy Root, Heather Corbett, Alyssa Smith, and Kaylee Claussen.

The play includes seven sets ranging from New York to Havana.  The students are excited to use the lighting and sound equipment in the newly refinished auditorium.
