Parents As Teachers is a Free early childhood education program for all parents of young children from birth to three years of age. Our mission is to provide the information, support and encouragement parents need to help their children develop optimally during the crucial early years of life, when the majority of connections for learning in the brain are made.

Parents As Teachers includes the following four components:
- Personal/home visits by certified parent educators (once a month for one hour), in the comfort of your home or the school
- Parent group meetings about early childhood development and parenting (optional)
- Developmental and health screenings for young children (yearly or as needed)
- Linkages and referrals to community networks and resources (as needed)
