FFA Places 1st in Job Interview CDE

The Minneapolis FFA hosted the North Central District job interview career development event on Monday, December 16th, with nine schools competing. Minneapolis won the event with 1406 points ahead of Linn in second with 1387 points. Ell-Saline placed third with 1385.5 points. Alyson McCall placed first ahead of teammates Jared Schmidt in 3rd and Sydney Roth in 5th. The event consisted of four parts: a job interview, resume, cover letter and job application. Helping host the event by serving as judges were the interview committee of Joella Bergman, Paul Drummond, Scott Ausherman, and Becky Yoxall. Minneapolis High School staff helping with the contest was Mrs. Clark, Mrs. Reinhart, Mrs. Pounds and Ms. Beikmann.
